I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I also loved the fact that they offer a shuttle service to the airport, making my travel experience even more convenient.

The food is outstanding and delicious. The staff is really helpful and extremely helpful, quiet atmosphere. Its location is magnificent & best possible, really close to the old town or Galata area, local attractions and cafe and restaurant. Istanbul is good for trip, Sishane-Zemin Istanbul subway station is nearby.

The rooms are huge and spotless with a balcony and spa bath, offering a fantastic stay. The staff are exceptional and welcoming. The hotel's setting is marvelous and awesome, located near diverse attractions and the airport in a fairly nice area.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from public transport, Galata port, Galata tower, Galata bridge, and the ferries to the East side. The rooms are new-fashioned, well-renovated, and come with a spa bath.

The staff here really went above and beyond to help us - they were super friendly and took great care of us. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, right near lots of cool restaurants and bars 🌟.

Despite ongoing construction nearby, the hotel still managed to maintain its charm. What we loved most about our stay was the exceptional hospitality and warm reception from the staff. They were incredibly attentive and fulfilled all our requests promptly, from ironing boards to extra pillows. The location of the hotel is also ideal, with easy access to the port of Galata and various services. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff, particularly Mustafa Usta, who runs the restaurant, provided top-notch service and made us feel like part of the family. it was a fantastic experience.
